    What type of coaching do you offer?

    I currently offer a 6 week Gutsy Health group that focuses on gut healing habits and foods.

    Will we be following an exact menu?

    No - I will talk with you about what types of foods and meals will help in your journey, but we will not typically follow a menu together. We will do challenges sometimes with different meal types, fermented foods, etc.

    Do I have to weigh in?

    Weighing in is not required, but some form of progress needs to be measured. It may be that you choose to take body measurements to compare, before and after photos or even have a goal pair of jeans that you use to see how changes are taking place. You do not have to share any of that with the group if you don't wish to.
